A Good Inxpensive Merlot
Just a quick serious post on a good Merlot. Veremonte 2001 $6.99.
This was so good we bought a case to serve at our wedding last July. But, you have to find the 2001, the 2002 is not as good. It's much more acidic and not as smooth. Must have been a rainier season.

Try Friday Monkey Merlot. Amazing wine for $7.99. The wine is from Australia.
I was a YellowTail fan but the shop wine consultant offered me a taste and I was completely taken by Friday Monkey.
